Welcome back to jennamartyn.com!! I’m back with another skin care post (my favorite kinds of posts)! Taking care of my skin is really important to me not just for now, but to thank myself 30 years from now when my skin has changed. I typically have sensitive combination skin, so I moisturize a lot and do get occasional breakouts or little zits, but I feel like I’ve gotten into a good skin routine that works for me.
For the holidays I try to give people gifts that they can make good use out of, as much as I love the funny gag gifts here and there. I feel like most of my family doesn’t need a whole lot of “stuff” so finding things that people can really enjoy and use is the key.
So what better gift to give than skin care products?? Maybe not everyone gets as excited about skin care as I do, but being a girl (and even for guys) beauty products can get pricey, so maybe if you’ve been extra good this year someone will spoil you. 😉
Here are a few skin care products that would make great gifts this holiday season!
1. A few months ago I did a post about Zapzyt and just how surprised and amazed I was by the results! You can read it here if you missed it. When I use Zapzyt it’s typically when I see a zit or problem spot starting to creep up and I immediately try to get on it before it turns into something big. You can use the wash and then put on the gel right where the trouble spot is, and I kid you not the spot is gone the next morning. This stuff is magic!
2. Another skin care product I love is Tula. I also did a post about Tula a few months ago, you can read here, and I am still using their stuff. I use the exfoliating face mask a few nights each week, moisturize with their hydrating cream, and in the morning I use the revitalizing eye cream under my eyes (I’m not actually sure if this does anything but I have horrible bags under my eyes so whatever I can do to seem like they’re better!).
Tula products are great so they can be on the expensive side, but you all can get 15% off your order with code JENNAR15VIP. I got my products back in July and still using the same ones, so it will last you a long time!
3. I love love love Lush Cosmetics products! These are a lot more affordable and would even make great stocking stuffers. You can definitely splurge when you go to Lush and come out with a hole in your pocket, but you can also get out under 10 bucks with a great gift for someone. I’m partial to their bath bombs.
Those are just a few ideas for skin care gifts but any girl who loves skin care will be happy with almost anything. As always, thanks for reading!
