Hey there! So in light of there being less than a week of sophomore year left, I thought it would be fun to share my summer plans with you all! Plus an adorable romper that is the most comfortable piece of clothing ever. When it’s hot out I live in rompers because they’re cute & easy! Throw on a little sun hat and you’re good to go.
So I am really excited for this summer! I think I am the most excited that I have ever been for a summer break. Not only am I ready to take a break from school work (5 classes a semester is a lot) but I can’t wait to really focus on specific things I don’t get enough time on during the year. So here are my highlights for the summer!
Focusing on JMR. I’m coming up on around 4ish months having started my blog, and I really want to take the time to focus on it and get it where I want it! The biggest thing I’ve learned so far is how important patience is. I think most new endeavors take time to really get a hang of, but waiting and taking time is truly so important. I’m really proud of how I jumped into the blogging world, but there are some things you can only learn along the way! This summer will give me a chance to create more exciting content for JMR and I can’t wait.
Moving (Sort of). In just a few short weeks I will be moving into my cute little home with 5 other girls just a few blocks from campus! I’m so excited for the decorating that is to come, and to finally be cooking for myself!
Teaching more Starcycle. Yay! If you didn’t know, Starcycle is the indoor spin boutique I teach at, but during the school year there are only so many classes I can teach during a week. Starcycle in the summer is so fun because I have more time to take class as well. Teaching is a dream, but taking from others is also the best!
Teaching Galore. So on top of Starcycle, I’ll be teaching the cutest little girls some princess ballet (so cute I know), tap, jazz, lyrical, and older girls conditioning class. Dancing was “my thing” throughout my whole life, and teaching is a great little journey to continue that part of my life! I’m also so excited for this one: I’m getting my Zumba! certification at the end of May and teaching up on campus for the summer! I cannot wait 😉
Vacation. I love to travel, not just all over the place, but around the PNW too. I’m finally getting that trip to Seattle in, and heading to San Francisco next month for some fun business related things! I used to live there and haven’t been back in too long. Hopefully I’ll be making rounds to various places throughout the next few months too. You all can expect food and fun packed travel guides to wherever I go!
We will see wherever else this summer takes me, but for now those are my main plans I wanted to share with you all! Tell me what your fun plans are!
Have a fun weekend and I’ll talk to you in May (crazy)!
